This charming house is located in small town Sucuraj in Hvar isalnd.
Sucuraj is famous for the pleasant climate with plenty of sun enriched with refreshing sea breeze.
There you will find beautiful beaches, hidden bays, and untouched nature, so it is a definitely a place for relax and enjoyment in first class daily fresh fish and other gastronomical offer as well as top quality wines.
House is barely 100 meters distanced from the sea, and only 250 meters distanced from the main Sucuraj pebble – white sand beach called Cesminica, where you may relax during the hot summer days under the natural shade of tamaris or refresh in near beach bar.
House offers front terrace with traditional stone barbecue / grill, outdoor dining area under the natural shade, and other terrace furniture and sun umbrella.
Entire terrace is surrounded by beautiful gardens and greenery.
Inside, house consists of kitchen with dining and living area, 2 double and one single bedroom, and 2 bathrooms, all set up on 2 floors.
House accommodates 5 to 6 guests.
Ground floor:
At the ground floor is kitchen with all appliances, including stove, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, juice maker…
Right next is dining area with table and chairs opened onto outdoor terrace by side glass doors.
There is charming living area with sofa and armchairs, flat screen SAT TV, DVD player, and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
There is also one bathroom with shower at the ground floor.
Entire area is air conditioned.
First floor:
Up to the indoor staircases are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. First bedroom is with double bed, second is twin, with 2 separated single beds, and third is single bedroom.
At this floor is also balcony equipped with seating furniture and deck chair.
Outside:
Within the fenced outdoor terrace you will find traditional stone barbecue / grill, outdoor dining area with large table and chairs under the natural shade, as well as other terrace furniture, sun umbrella, and beautiful maintained gardens full of greenery and various Mediterranean plants which additionally enrich the charm and relaxedness to this beautiful holiday house.
Private parking space is available right next to the house.
