It's located above charming town of Omis, on the mountainside, so it also offers beautiful views of hillside and unspoiled nature.
Villa itself is very modern and spacious, decorated and constructed to satisfy all of guests' needs.
Interior is divided in 3 floors, accommodating up to 12 guests.
Living space consists of 2 separated apartments, so this villa is perfect choice for 2 families or groups of friends who want their privacy, still having an opportunity of dining or just spending time together in spacious, sunbathed outside area.
Exterior is enriched by beautiful swimming pool with large terrace with sunbeds and parasols.
Pool terrace also provides outdoor grill and dining furniture.
In total, there're 2 dining terraces in front of the villa, where you can enjoy your meals bathed in sun, breathing fresh mountain air.
Villa is covered with Wi Fi signal, provides air conditioning and free parking for guests.
Ground floor:
Ground floor area is reserved for entertainment and some everyday facilities. It comprises table tennis room, garage and laundry room with all of laundry facilities.
First floor:
3 bedroom apartment is located at the first floor. It has large, spacious living room with 48 inch plasma TV and DVD player.
Modern, luxury kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave oven, and an American style fridge freezer with an inbuilt ice making dispenser. Double doors from the kitchen take you to large terrace.
There's also a stylish dining area.
Apartment accommodates up to 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom.
It also has large bathroom with bath and shower, and a shower room.
Second floor:
Second floor comprises another apartment, very similar with the first one.
Large living room provides 55 inch Samsung Smart LED TV with full connectivity, a Yamaha surround sound system, an Android T8 Smart TV box, Dvd player, and cable TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped, such as it is in first apartment.
There's dining room with table and chairs, 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom, shower room, and beautiful dining terrace.
Outside:
Outside area is plenty of space for different activities.
Led colored lighting system in the swimming pool creates amazing atmosphere that you can enjoy while swimming or trying some domestic specialties on the pool terrace equipped with stone grill and dining furniture.

PLEASE NOTE: Tourist tax is not included in accommodation price, and is payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 1 € per adults, and 0.50 € per children 12-18 years; prices are per person, per day.
