Charming beach house Kanica is located in the middle of two Dalmatian tourist and historical centers, town Sibenik and Split, but it is also near small and UNESCO protected town of Trogir.
Located right in front of the private beach, this place is ideal for relax in nature full of Mediterranean plants right in front of the sea in absolute seclusion.
House provides familiar ambiance and relax in complete privacy in a very pleasant and comfortable accommodation right near the sea and private beach.
This charming beach house is set up on 2 floors.
It consists of fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and beautiful garden with BBQ/grill in front of the house.
House accommodates up to 6 guests.
Ground floor:
Ground floor consists of fully equipped kitchen (cooking and eating utensils, dishes, oven, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave oven, coffee machine, ice bar), dining table for 6 people, lounge area with comfy corner sofa, SAT LCD TV, DVD and media player. Here is also a bathroom with shower.
First floor:
First floor consists of 3 bedrooms each with double bed.
There is also a bathroom with bath tub.
Outside:
In front of the beach house you may enjoy Mediterranean garden with lemon trees, olive trees, rosemary…
Barbecue area (fireplace / grill) and table with chairs are there to complete the enjoyment in privacy.
Private beach and crystal clear sea are just in front.
