Charming House in Front of Beautiful Pebble Beach in the Heart of Trogir Riviera

This charming house is located in Seget Donji, in the heart of Trogir Riviera, just 3 kilometers from center of Trogir, and 10 kilometers from the Split Airport (Trogir).
It is situated just in front of the sea and beautiful pebble beach where you may relax and enjoy during the hot summer days.
This completely renovated house is surrounded by cultivated fields, maintained garden, and stone paved terraces.
It is set up on 2 floors, and from the first floor balconies you may enjoy amazing sea view surrounded by pure nature.
House consists of modernly furnished kitchen and dining area, living room area, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
House is suitable for the accommodation of up to 6 guests.

Ground floor:
Opposite the entrance door of the house are inner stairs that leads to the first floor.
At the left side of the ground floor is a modernly furnished and fully equipped an open plan kitchen with oven, stove, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, and all cooking and eating utensils needed. Together with the kitchen is a dining area with table and chairs suitable for 6 guests. At the right side of entrance door is one bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Up to the stairs, at the first floor is another bedroom with double bed, one sofa and coffee table, air condition unit, and balcony from where is offered amazing sea view. Next to the bedroom is one shared bathroom with shower. On the other side is a living room with en-suite toilet room. This room may also be used as a third bedroom since there is comfy corner sofa that may be easily transformed into an extra bed for 2 guests. Living room is air conditioned, has LCD SAT TV, and an exit to the second balcony from where you may enjoy beautiful sea view.

Both floors are covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
In front of this charming house is large terrace with covered part where is dining table with chairs, ideal for having meals from the barbecue that is right near, or for evening gatherings. Beautiful pebble beach is only 40 meters from the house, right after beautiful cultivated field with many fruit trees and plants.
Hence, the vacation in this house offers relaxation surrounded by pure nature, sea, and fresh air.
