Sevid is a small and charming seaside place Sevid in Rogoznica Riviera.
Its location is great as it is close to the numerous Croatian towns and tourist centers like UNESCO protected towns Trogir and Split, Sibenik, Rogoznica, Primosten, Vodice… Therefore, while you are here there are possibilities for numerous daily excursions, sightseeing, and attractions, like visits to Croatian National Parks Krka Waterfalls and Kornati Islands, as well as visits to previously mentioned places and towns in surrounding, or boat rides to gorgeous nearby bays and islands.
Besides great opportunities for visiting and active holidays, this house is located right in front of the sea and beach, so you may just relax and enjoy in crystal clear sea with your friends and family.
Inside, house is divided in 3 apartments – rented as one unit and in 5 double bedrooms and 3 living rooms it offers accommodation for 10 to 13 people.
Layout:
Holiday house consists of 3 apartments, each with separate entrance, but it is rented as one unit. This type of arrangement is great for groups of families and friends who have holidays together but at the same time all have their piece of privacy.
2 apartments have 2 bedrooms, while one apartment has one bedroom.
4 bedrooms have double beds, while in 5th bedroom the beds are twin = 2 separated beds.
In each apartment it is possible to accommodate one additional person.
Therefore, house has 3 fully equipped kitchens with dining and living areas, 5 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms.
All apartments in house have air condition and free Wi-Fi Internet access.
Outside:
House is located right on front of the crystal clear sea. Within the spacious private fenced yard it offers traditional stone barbecue and outdoor dining for 10 people under the beautiful porch with view at the sea surrounded by beautiful greenery and maintained lawn perfect for children’s playing around. There is also outdoor shower, lounge area, and beautiful gardens.
Private parking spaces are ensured for house guests at the property.

Damage deposit: 300 € (payable to the owner upon arrival and returned upon departure)
Tourist tax is included in accommodation price.
