This villa is newly built luxury villa directly at the sandy beach.
Villa is located at the almost 3500 square meters of private fenced yard.
Villa offers all seclusion and privacy you could imagine, but at the same time it is close to everything; close to the Split airport (Trogir), very easy reachable by car, and even by boat / yacht charter.
Villa is situated in small place Divulje, near Trogir. The location of this villa offers possibility to see and visit entire Dalmatia, to go at the daily excursions by car or boat, see and visit of all Dalmatian towns and cities, small places, famous beaches and sights, as well as top quality restaurants, and to go to the any island and enjoy beautiful bays, beaches, and gastronomy which is specific to each Dalmatian island.
Interior space spreads on 360 square meters and consists of kitchen, dining, and living area, 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, Finnish sauna at the shared bathroom, and sea view terraces / balconies.
Front yard is enriched with large (100m2 sized) swimming pool and large terrace with dining area.
Villa accommodates 8 guests.
Ground floor:
Modern, fully equipped kitchen together with dining area and next living room dominates to the ground floor.
Living room is equipped with sofa and armchair, LCD SAT TV, and indoor fireplace. This area is opened onto the covered part of front terrace where large table with chairs / outdoor dining area is.
Right next to the living area is one shared bathroom with Finnish sauna.
At the ground floor is one double bedroom with LCD SAT TV, and en-suite bathroom and glass doors that may be used as a separate exit / entrance in the room.
This arrangement is great for the people who have stuff, so they do not need to meet each other when they do not want to.
First floor:
Up to the internal staircase are 3 double bedrooms.
Each bedroom is with en-suite bathroom, and LCD SAT TV. Each bedroom is decorated in modern, but different style and implement different emotion with emphasize to the brightness, warmth, and comfort. Also, each bedroom has an exit to the balcony or terrace.
Entire villa is air conditioned and covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.
All bathrooms are equipped with floor heating.
Outside:
Yard around villa is well cared garden with Mediterranean plants; lavender, rosemary, olives, but there are also lemon and orange trees. Special accent is on a palm trees that surround entire villa.
Right in front is a large swimming pool surrounded by lawn, garden, and comfy sun beds.
Down to the stairs from the garden is a beautiful sandy beach and crystal clear sea.
At the back side of villa is a free / private parking space for 4 cars.
