This amazing luxury mansion is built on 8.500 square meters plot of private land with the intention to harmonize with the surrounding pine trees wood.

Location near the sea / amazing pebble-rocky beach / and building materials give special charm to this villa.

Whole villa is built of Dalmatian stone and wood. Everything here is natural.

Villa is completely energy autonomous which means that all runs on solar energy from solar cells and collector placed on the roof and large capacity of batteries enough to support use of electricity, water heating, and all kitchen and other appliances in villa.

There is also floor and wall heating that covers whole villa and so it’s also possible to live here during the winter months. Due to the highest quality of roof isolation system and 45 cm thick walls in whole villa, there is no need for air condition /cooling system for summer periods in villa.

This amazing villa located in pure nature right near the private beach is set up on ground floor and has 2 parts with atrium (half-covered) in the middle, which is also outdoor living room.
Beside atrium, villa has 4 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, balcony, terrace, and private beach.

Villa accommodates up to 10 (8+2) guests.

Layout:
Fully equipped kitchen with all modern appliances is connected to the half covered atrium. Atrium is furnished with massive wood table and benches where you may enjoy outdoor meals prepared on near outdoor barbecue / grill. Living room is central spot of the villa. It connects kitchen, atrium, terrace, and balcony. Living room is equipped with LCD SAT TV, DVD player, Hi-fi system, and fireplace. Sea view on the west and south side that is available from living room is priceless during the day but in the evening as well. Big glass balcony door on west side provide openness of the living room.
Two double bedrooms, both with double beds, closet, and high quality oak wood floor that provide heating isolation. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathroom with large shower tub.
Another two bedrooms, also with double beds, are on the other side of the house, and has separate entrance from the atrium.
These bedrooms also have closets, and high quality oak wood floors, as well as en-suite bathrooms with large and comfortable shower tubs.

Whole villa is covered with free Wi-Fi Internet access.

Outside:
The heart of this beach villa is open space (atrium) designed to serve as the space where the life will be centered – eating, playing, and resting while breathing the clear fresh air.
Amazing experience is breakfast at south located terrace that has entrance from the living room overlooking to the open sea. This terrace is the sunniest part of villa, oriented on the south side, sized 40 square meters, and furnished with high quality terrace furniture for complete relaxation.
Villa is surrounded with pine tree forest and has 8500 square meters of fenced and maintained yard around, as well as direct path to the 30 meters distanced private rocky and pebble beach.
