This newly built villa is located in town Vis in Croatian Island Vis, like perfect symbiosis of traditional and modern.
It was designed respecting traditional architecture by stone facade and thick walls.
Notes of modern are obvious in swimming pool with heating possibility as well as in interior design and furniture.
Outdoor garden surrounded by greenery and lush Mediterranean plants provide natural shades and privacy, therefore you may relax and enjoy in its full meaning.
Inside, from the down ground terrace with small outdoor summer kitchen and dining area, next to the swimming pool, you enter traditional 'konoba' - tavern where are kitchen with dining and living area and large bathroom.
Up to the staircases are 3 more floors.
At the first floor is main, fully equipped kitchen with dining and living area, and bedroom with bathroom. This floor has exit to the large terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs.
At the second floor are two more double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower.
The uppermost floor offers Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the roof terrace from where you may enjoy breathless view at the crystal blue sea and town Vis.
Villa is air conditioned (living areas and bedrooms) and offers Wi-Fi Internet access.

*Villa has 4 double bedrooms, and prices displayed in calendar are for occupancy of up to 8 guests in villa. It is possible to accommodate up to 12 guests; and each extra person (maximum 4) is additionally charged 65 euro per person per day.
***Cleaning fee and tourist tax are not included in accommodation prices, and are payable upon the arrival in villa in amount of 280 € per stay / week.
